The customer's business was expanding but their plant capacity was fully utilized.
Using existing fork trucks with new racking was considered, however, the large aisle space required for the fork truck would result in a footprint larger than what they had available.

The safe and ergonomic prostak system was installed in a special climate controlled room. The prostak system was able to fit in the given area due to the narrow aisles and dense storage characteristics of the captive steel pallets. The system stores 70 pallets of products ranging from boxes of powder to 55-gallon drums and takes up only 442 square feet. The small footprint allows for point of use storage in a facility where space is at a premium.
