Black & white video pallet alignment assist model # VPA
Visual aid for loading and unloading pallets in rack systems taller than 16 feet. Camera is mounted to the carrige and the monitor is mounted to the mast at operator level.
Digital fork height indicator model # DHI
Visual aid for loading and unloading pallets in rack systems of any height. Digital indicator is mounted at operator level and counts in incremental inches or values.
Mast mounted vertical locator model # MMVL
A labeling system on the front column of the rack identifing each load position with a numerical value. A pointer is mounted to the carriage to aid the operator in locating specific locations. Commonly used for its cost effectivness.
Mast floor lock (manual trolley only) model # MFL
Locking mechanism to prevent the trolley from moving. Used when the process requires leaving a pallet on the stacker unit while the load is transferred or while a person works off the pallet.
Trolley center of aisle indictaor light model # TCAL
A light mounted on the pendant or mast assembly that gives indication to the operator when the trolley is located in the center of aisle. Commonly used when handling large loads in which the operator has difficulty seeing around the load. The light assists the operator with keeping the trolley in the center of the aisle as he travels. 9 this option is available with a bridge interloack as well which prevents the operator from moving the bridge unless the trolley is in the center of the aisle).
Warning light model # WL
A light mounted to the bridge assembly that flashes when the crane unit is turned on. Commonly used in high pedestrian traffic areas as a means to alert persons to equipment operation.
Warning horn model # WH
Horn mounted to the bridge assembly. The horn sounds when the crsnr is turned on and at the start of any function. Commonly used in high pedestrian traffic areas or locations surrounded by loud equipment. It is a means to alert persons to equipment operation.
Bridge travel slow down limit model # BSDL
limit switch mounted to the runway at a predetermined location. When the bridge travels past and trips the switch the bridge will travel only at a pre-set slow speed. Most often used when using a stacker to load or unload a machine. Also commonly used to prevent the operator from driving the bridge into the runway endstops at full speed.
Bridge travel stop limit model # BSL
Limit switch mounted to the runway at a predetermined location. When the bridge travels past and trips the switch the bridge motion in that direction is stopped. Commonly used as a means to accurately load and unload machines or racking. Prevents the operator from accidental over travel. Also used as a fail safe to prevent the bridge from running into the endstops at full speed.
Trolley travel slow down limit model # TSDL
Limit switch mounted to the bridge where the trolley rides in a predetermined location. When the trolley travels past and trips the switch the trolley will travel at only a pre-set slow speed. Most often used when a stacker is used to load or unload machines.

Stationary man aboard cab assembly model # SMACA
Operator platform that remains fixed in place on the mast. Recommended for high production stacker crane units and long systems.
Man up cab assembly model # MUCA
Operator platform which moves up and down with the carriage assembly. Used on telescoping masts and when it is necessary for the operator to be in cvlose proximity to the load at all times.
Zoning package w/ bay & aisle centering and interlocks
model # ZP (consult factory for specific requirements)
Restrictive control packages which limit movement of the stacker unless specific criteria are adhered to. Plc’s are used to control the movements and interlock the controls. Commonly used when working in extremely tight areas or as a fail safe to prevent equipment / product damage or operator injury.
Radio controlled operation model # RCO
Allows operation of the stacker via a radio control. This feature requires that all motions are motorized. Used when it is unsafe for the operator to be close to the load or when aisles are too narrow to accommodate a person walking behind the stacker mast.
2 speed hoist control model # 2SH
Allows for faster hoisting and lowering of the load while still providing a slower speed for precise load placement. Common in high productivity applications or tall rack height applications.
Vfc hoist control model # VFCH
Controls the hoist in the same manner as the controls for any other motorized function (see vfc definition in terminology section). Used when extreme precision is required to place or retrieve a load.
