some restrictions may apply for manually operated systems. For example, multiple aisle systems will require a motorized bridge regardless of capacity.

for rack heights above 16 feet, a motorized bridge motion is recommended regardless of capacity.

Upright frame heights from 8 feet to 25 feet tall. A wide variety allows us to accommodate almost any storage requirement.

Each rack section is individually braced with horizontal and vertical x-brace panels. Use of individual x-bracing provides improved system rigidity and assists with smoother operation of the stacker.

Upright frame has a smooth front column with a pin style engagement. Smooth columns are a great alternative to a sawtooth front column design. The smooth front prevents operator injury caused by snagging on the jagged edge. Sawtooth columns are easily damaged as well. During stacker operation it is not uncommon to damage one of the teeth by bending or twisting it when accidentally hit by the stacker. Safe repair to the damaged area is typically impossible. Therefore a valuable storage postion is lost. With a smooth front column this problem is eliminated.

Pallets have full length fork pockets. Full length pockets provide safe handling of the pallet at all times. They prevent the pallet from tipping or skewing due to uneven loading or operator error.

Upright frames & pallets are powder coated. Powder coat finishes provide a long lasting, quality appearance to the equipment. Paint chips and flakes are greatly reduced or eliminated when using a powder coat finish.

Stacker crane is designed to CMAA (Crane Manufacturers Association of America) specifications. This means your stacker crane is built to the highest standards of safety and operation. CMAA standards often meet or exceed state and federal regulations.

Three (3) year parts and labor gaurantee. If you have any problem with your PROSTAK system within three years of the ship date (excluding normal wear & tear or abuse) we will replace or repair the defective part at no cost to you. And that means no cost to you at all! No charge for freight on the parts, no charge for the parts, no charge for labor to fix the problem. That is our promise.

Oversized lifting hoist. All PROSTAK systems utilize a hoist with higher lifting capacity then what the system is rated for. For example. A 2,000# capacity PROSTAK system utilizes a 4,400# rated hoist. We take into consideration not only the product weight to be handled, but also the weight of our carriage assembly, forks and steel pallet. Using a hoist with a higher rated capacity means that when you pick full load (in this case 2,000#) you are not overloading the hoist. That means longer life for the equipment with fewer breakdowns. It also means you are safely handling your product.

Trolley & mast connection surfaces and the carriage assembly are machined. Machining of these surfaces is not required. However this is another facet of our quality promise to you. Machining these surfaces creates a smoother running, longer lasting stacker crane. Machining prevents mis-matched or uneven surfaces on the moving parts of the stacker. That means less fatigue and wear on those parts which means less down time and longer equipment life.

Control pendant has a removable key switch, e-stop emergency button and is detachable from the mast. Having a removable key prevents unauthorized persons from using the equipment. The e-stop button gives assurance that if something goes wrong, the power to the crane system can be shut down immediately. The operator does not need to run to or locate a main disconnect m ounted on the wall or rack. The e-stop also falls in line with provisions set forth by the CMAA for crane operation and safety. The detachable pendant allows the operator to back away from the stacker system to get a better view of what he is doing. While some operators prefer to leave the pendant attached, this option gives your people the choice of which is more comfortable for them.
